CNC machine operator (winding, grinding) (m/f/d), in Siemianowice Śląskie, Poland

brandgroup specializes in the development of new technologies and the production of cold-formed technical springs and spring bending parts. Our customers value our reliability and expertise in terms of materials, development, prototyping and high-quality production technology. The plant is established in the market, has modern machinery and extensive automotive standards. This has made the plant in Siemianowice Śląskie the largest spring manufacturer in the entire Group.

Take responsibility:

  • Operation of CNC machines (grinders, winders in series production - to be trained)
  • On-time implementation of production orders on the basis of the plan
  • Selecting and setting the correct machine operating parameters
  • Quality monitoring of the manufactured products
  • Carrying out product measurements (SPC) and entering the data into the system
  • Optimization of the production process and reaction to non-conformities
  • Monitoring of production indicators (productivity, rejects)

Skills that convince:

  • Professional experience as a CNC operator or a completed CNC operator course
  • Basic knowledge of IATF requirements
  • Ability to operate measuring devices
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • German/English language skills are an advantage

Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d) in Anröchte near Lippstadt

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d) at the Anröchte site at the earliest possible date who would like to actively shape the future of our company in this responsible position:

Take responsibility:

  • Interface between internal departments and suppliers/service providers in the event of quality problems and process improvements
  • Analysis of supplier complaints and coordination of corrective and preventive measures and their verification
  • Support in the escalation process with suppliers/service providers
  • Monitoring of quality-related key figures at suppliers and initiation of improvement measures
  • Support in the coordination of quality-relevant topics
  • Selection, approval, qualification, monitoring and development of suppliers / service providers
  • Support with the conclusion of supplier agreements
  • Passing on customer requirements in the supply chain
  • Implementation and follow-up of supplier audits in accordance with VDA and IATF standards

Skills that convince:

  • Completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable training with additional qualification
  • Sound experience and knowledge in quality management, especially in supplier quality
  • Knowledge and experience in the application of common QM methods (8D, FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP) and problem-solving methods (e.g. 5Why, Ishikawa)
  • Auditor qualification (VDA 6.3, CQI)
  • Confident handling of norms and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 45001)
  • Very good technical understanding, especially in the processing of metals, heat treatment and surface coating as well as the assembly of components
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and CAQ
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Analytical, structured and independent way of working

Take responsibility:

  • Development of new and efficient concepts for the creation, maintenance and management of technical documentation for class IIa medical devices
  • Responsibility for compliance with approval-relevant documents prior to submission and for updating and maintenance throughout the entire product life cycle
  • Responsible for planning, implementation and documentation of clinical and biological assessment processes
  • Assumption and management of risk management in accordance with ISO 14971 and advice to the development department
