As part of a replacement, we are looking for an Industrial Engineer (m/f/d) who would like to actively shape the future of our company in this responsible position as soon as possible:

Take responsibility:

• Analyzing and optimizing production processes and workflows in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Coordination of process optimization in the divisions and the transfer of production technology between the divisions and locations
• Sharing specialist knowledge of our processes and products between / within the divisions / locations
• Implementation of training courses, workshops, etc.
• Internal project coordination

Skills that convince:

• Degree in mechanical engineering / or comparable training
• High self-motivation and flexibility in a dynamic environment paired with an independent, analytical and structured way of working
• good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
• Confident in using standard Microsoft software, especially Excel
• Knowledge of analysis and evaluation methods of production processes desirable
• SQL knowledge and programming experience an advantage
