As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Personnel Officer (m/f/d) at the Erwitte site who would like to play an active role in shaping the future of our company in this responsible position:

Take responsibility:

• You are an HR all-rounder (m/f/d) in the implementation of HR processes
• You support and advise managers and employees (m/f/d) on all personnel-related and labor law issues
• You support and further optimize internal processes and tools
• You will be involved in the implementation of a wide range of HR projects
• You support strategic HR projects
• You plan and implement individual personnel measures in cooperation with the specialist departments
• You work together with the works council in a spirit of trust

Skills that convince:

• You have relevant training, preferably with further training as an HR specialist, ideally a degree with a focus on human resources
• You have several years of professional experience in personnel management in an industrial company
• You have good knowledge of labor and works constitution law
• You have a sound knowledge of the ERA system
• You have good interpersonal skills and a good feel for people and situations
• You are a team player with strong communication skills
• You are enthusiastic about new HR trends and systems and are confident in using digital media
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
