Take responsibility:
- Operation of CNC machines (grinders, winders in series production - to be trained)
- On-time implementation of production orders on the basis of the plan
- Selecting and setting the correct machine operating parameters
- Quality monitoring of the manufactured products
- Carrying out product measurements (SPC) and entering the data into the system
- Optimization of the production process and reaction to non-conformities
- Monitoring of production indicators (productivity, rejects)
Skills that convince:
- Professional experience as a CNC operator or a completed CNC operator course
- Basic knowledge of IATF requirements
- Ability to operate measuring devices
- Ability to read technical drawings
- German/English language skills are an advantage
