For our employees in production in particular, internal training measures are often the first step in further training. The focus is on instructions on systems and machines, but this is supplemented by theoretical content.
Professional development and the right career are unthinkable without the acquisition of new knowledge, skills and experience. This applies to all areas of activity and all positions. On the other hand, modern industries and their production methods quite simply require lifelong on-the-job learning. That's why ongoing and further training at the brandgroup are aimed at every individual colleague. The motto is to achieve more together, and consciously include the personal benefit of the further education.
The brandgroup also supports its colleagues in production with formal further training. In collaboration with external educational institutions from the region, we promote the following qualifications with a certificate.

brandgroup colleagues who want to acquire an academic qualification through distance learning can also count on our support. There are currently collaborations with technical universities in the region, offering a choice of four distance learning courses.
