What you bring with you

You will find yourself here:

- Specialist knowledgeDegree in personnel management, business administration, psychology or comparable qualification; knowledge of labor, social and collective bargaining law.
- ExperienceProfessional experience in operational and strategic HR work, ideally in companies bound by collective agreements and with works council work.
- IT skillsExperience with HR software and digital tools.
- Soft skillsStrong communication skills, organizational talent, empathy, assertiveness and flexibility.
- LanguagesGood knowledge of English for international exchange.
- AdditionKnowledge of change management, employer branding or employee retention is a plus.
